Compact Slide with a floating insert that allows for self-centering by using a 10º cone machined by the customer, and its ±0.5mm. horizontal and vertical movement.
The molding insert is easily disassembled for quick machining and replacement, and because it only requires  3 screws it makes this slide easy to install and maintain. Being a compact slide it offers a small footprint in the mold.
The Turcite® wear plate eliminates the need to use lubricants, allowing its use in all types of molds, including clean room ones. Also offers extensive durability due to its low friction wear.
