VJ - Vacuumjet Unit 60L
-
Compact unit that creates a vacuum leading to negative pressure in the cavity. Only 6 Bars of air pressure from the injection machine needed. The vacuum can be made thru the clearance of the ejector pins and/or an air valve.
VB - Double Action Vacuumjet
-
This unit is able to create the Vacuum (60L/min) and blow-off (6bar) through the same channel. Vacuum is produced throughout the injection process. Blow-off is produced during the ejection process.
VM - Vacuum Control
-
This unit allows to control the vacuum level in the cavity.
Should be combined with the VJ or VG.

CV - Vacuumjet Plug
-
Brass bushing with an inner O-ring to prevent air loss when the vacuum is being made.
-
With clamping tolerance.
-
Incorporates a thread allowing removal of the bushing if needed.
VV - Vacuumjet Valve
-
Air valve that draws a bigger volume of air from the cavity rather than only using the ejector pin clearances.
-
Allows a back pressure in the cavity of up to -920mbar. Enables a vacuum up to 60 Normal L/min. Triggered by a pneumatic valve.
VT - Vacuumjet Tube
-
Used to connect the pneumatic piston (PT) to the Vacuumjet Valve (VV).

PT - Pneumatic Piston
-
Used to open the air valve to create a faster vacuum.
-
Directly connected to the Vacuumjet unit through a circuit in the plate.
JV - Vacuumjet Seal
-
Silicone seal to prevent air loss from the parting line.
-
Sold in 2 meter packages.
