Our EC bushing ensures a smooth, trouble-free sprue ejection  

Ideal for large molds with “banana” or “Bayer” type injection systems, very common in molds of the automotive industry.

Its high-quality interior finish reduces the effort required to extract the plastic pillar and prevents ejector pins from breaking.

If an ejector pin breaks or a housing seizes up, replacing the bushing is easy and avoids the need to redo the housing by replacing the ejector pin with ones of non-standard diameters.

The ideal solution for high-volume production, where prolonged production stoppages can seriously affect profitability.
