The floating insert is self-centering thanks to a 10º cone machined by the customer. It can move horizontally and vertically by up to ±0.5 mm, ensuring precise adjustment when the mold closes for consistent, accurate results every time.

Greater durability and reliability with the new bronze and aluminum adjustment plates.

Simplified installation and maintenance: just one screw required on the ejection side and two more on the injection side, that’s all! The whole system can be disassembled with a single Allen key.

Compact sizes: maximum adaptability to any mold with an efficient design for an optimal use of space.
