PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Products used in combination to achieve a sequence opening of your mold plates.
Every PR delivers 40kg retention force between plates.
The SL limiter helps you define the first opening travel (up to 60mm.).
The PR includes a standard spring that can be replaced from the parting line.
KEY FEATURES / ADVANTAGES:
The simplest way to have a pre-opening plate.
The supplied wear disc can be ground to get the exact dimension required.
Knowing the retention force of each unit, it is easy to decide how many will be required (minimum 2 parts).
The limiter is disassembled by hand, no tools required, making it easier to maintain.
