PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
First evolution of the ORIGINAL CUMSA sprung core designed in 1995.
Widths available between 6 and 18mm, and a maximum height of 26mm, it allows demolding of undercuts up to 5.5mm, with only 30mm of ejection travel.
Available as a standard part, in lengths of 125mm, 140mm or 175mm. Length varies depending on the model.
It includes a non-rotation flat on the back of the shank.
Adding the AP extension allows for the increase of the total length up to a maximum of 315mm.
KEY FEATURES / ADVANTAGES:
Vertical Sprung core installation eliminates the need of machining precision angled holes.
Reduced space is required on the ejector plates and the cavity plate since it is installed as an ejector pin.
Cost savings by reducing the time required for setting up and adjustment.
If the part is correctly installed, it can guarantee up to 1,000,000 cycles.
Special sprung cores, with larger and wider dimensions, are available upon request.
