PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Mechanical vertical lifter to release small undercuts.
Internal mechanical stop to stand the injection pressure.
From 6 to 12mm width and up to maximum 25mm height to release undercuts up to 2,7mm and with only 26mm ejection stroke
Shoulder head nut allows fine tuning from the ejector plates.
KEY FEATURES / ADVANTAGES:
Only vertical holes needed to place it into the mold, eliminates the need to machine angled precision holes.
Minimum space required at the ejector and core plates as it is installed like an ejector pin.
Completely adjusted and ready to be installed, only the undercut needs to be machined.
Parting line disassembly of the insert for maintenance purposes.
Saves money as installation and adjusting times are reduced.
